Shipping Locations

We ship within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, as well as Mainland Europe and the Rest of the World.

United Kingdom Shipping

• Order Monday–Friday before 16:00 for next-day delivery
• Order Saturday before 11:00 for delivery Monday (orders after 11:00 ship Monday)
• Order Sunday before 16:00 for delivery Tuesday
• Carriers: Royal Mail / FedEx

International Shipping

• EU: 2–11 business days via FedEx
• UAE: 3–17 business days via FedEx
• Rest of World: 3–17 business days via FedEx

You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier without prior notice to expedite delivery.

International Duties

International items are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We are not responsible for import duties or taxes. If delivery duties are refused and the item is returned, we reserve the right to recoup delivery and transaction costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact our Customer Support team within 5 business days of receiving a damaged order. All items are sent Tracked, Insured and Signed for.

Preparing Your Return

• Pack securely in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and paperwork
• Items must be in original condition — not worn or used beyond trying on

Return Postage

• UK: Flat fee of £4.95 deducted from refund
• International: Email info@mgbwatches.com — you are responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Processing

• Up to 72 hours for warehouse review
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
• Credit card refunds: allow additional 5–10 business days to appear

Restocking Fee

A 3.1% restocking fee applies to orders cancelled before dispatch. This fee does not apply when exercising statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Non-Refundable Items

Personalised, pre-ordered, or bespoke straps and special orders are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described, in line with UK consumer law.

Product Conditions

• Watches: All protective film, tags, and packaging must be intact
• Straps: No signs of wear, returned in original packaging
• Accessories: Original condition, no signs of use

Bundles & Discounts

Returning part of a bundle invalidates the discount. Retained items are recalculated at full individual price and the refund adjusted accordingly.

4. Once acquired, your item will be shipped — see checkout for country-specific times
5. The 14-day refund window begins from the day of dispatch

Estimated Delivery

• UK Orders: Dispatched within 48 hours of launch via Royal Mail or FedEx
• International Orders: Dispatched and delivered within 2–5 days of launch via FedEx, subject to courier service levels in your region

Cancellation Policy

• Standard Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order at any time in line with our returns policy
• Klarna/Clearpay Cancellations: A 5% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made using Klarna or Clearpay
